Suvenorvi's Classification and Organisation Tools
The platform's core functions are designed to support structured information review. This page explains each function and its role in the overall system.
What the interface makes available
The Suvenorvi platform provides a set of organisation functions that work together to make structured information accessible and reviewable. Each function serves a specific role in the overall workflow, from receiving information to presenting it in a form that supports systematic review.
The functions described on this page reflect the platform's intended design. Specific behaviour may depend on the configuration in place at the time of a user's access.
Information Intake and Validation
The platform receives information through defined input channels and applies a validation process before classification begins. Validation ensures that items are complete, consistently formatted, and ready to be assigned to appropriate categories. Items that do not pass the validation stage are held aside until the relevant issue is identified and addressed.
Category-Based Classification
Once validated, each item is assigned to one or more categories within the system's defined structure. The classification process uses the platform's configured criteria to determine the most appropriate grouping for each item. Categories are defined in advance and reflect the domain and purpose of the information the platform holds. The classification layer is the foundation of the system's navigation and presentation functions.
Structured Presentation and Review
Classified information is formatted and presented through the platform's review interface. The presentation layer is designed to make it straightforward to read, compare, and navigate the classified information without specialist technical knowledge. Items are displayed within their categories, and the interface provides tools for examining individual entries in more detail where available.
Guided Navigation and Access
The platform provides a navigation system that follows the category structure of the information it holds. Users can move through the available content using the interface's built-in navigation tools, which reflect the system's classification hierarchy. The navigation design is intended to make it possible to locate relevant items without prior knowledge of the system's internal structure.
The information handling sequence
From the moment information enters the system to the point at which it becomes reviewable, four stages shape how it is handled.
Submit
Information enters the system through the defined intake channel.
Validate
Completeness and format are checked before classification begins.
Classify
Items are assigned to appropriate categories within the system.
Present
Organised content is made available for review through the interface.
